Exciting News: Our New Dental Clinic Launch!
2024 has gotten off to a great start! I am thrilled to announce that PRASAD Children’s Dental Health Program has launched a new, state-of-the-art mobile dental clinic in Sullivan County, New York. Thanks to a generous $600,000 grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation supporting our Happy Healthy Smiles project, we have replaced our much beloved former mobile clinic with a new one that is more advanced and better equipped to serve the community.
Did you know tooth decay is the most common chronic childhood disease in the U.S.? Low-income families are twice as likely to experience it than higher-income families, and lack of transportation prevents many families from accessing dental care. But with the new PRASAD CDHP mobile clinic, we can bring dental care directly to children in Sullivan County, right at their schools, making it easier for them to access our services.
We believe in providing excellent dental services in a welcoming environment, and our new mobile clinic is a testament to our commitment to excellence and patient well-being. Parents appreciate the convenience. One mom said, “I was one of the first patients on the PRASAD bus in 1998, and now I am 32, and I couldn’t imagine bringing my kids anywhere else. I always had a great experience on the bus.”
In February, celebrate National Children’s Dental Health Month by donating to PRASAD CDHP. Please help us continue to provide dental care to children in need. Your donation will make a real difference in a child’s life.
Thank you for being a part of our journey. Here’s to a future where every child can access quality dental care for happy, healthy smiles!
Warm Regards,
